1. Introduction
Welcome to Seev.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seev website, online store, products, services, content and related features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Replacements Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when you place your order, subject to any obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Because products may enter processing or production after an order is placed, cancellation requests may not be possible once processing or production has begun.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to locations displayed and supported at checkout.
Orders may require 2 - 5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier services and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural events, public disturbances, incorrect or incomplete customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Our products are produced specifically for customer orders. Accordingly, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect size selection;
- Colour preference; or
- Incorrect product selection.
We strongly recommend reviewing the applicable size guide and product information before placing your order.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the information and evidence requested in our Returns & Replacements Policy.
Eligible issues will be reviewed and, where applicable, a replacement or refund may be provided.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.
Each promotion may be subject to its own terms, including eligibility, validity period, product exclusions and usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
